3.1. Our pricing is based on a per-qualified-lead model, with rates varying depending on the advertising channel used:

3.3. Payment terms will be established upon account setup. We typically invoice on a monthly basis for all qualified leads delivered during the previous month.
3.4. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which will be charged if applicable.
4.1. We will work with you to understand your target audience and create advertising campaigns designed to generate leads for your business.
4.2. We will deliver leads through our platform, email, or other agreed-upon methods.
4.3. You are responsible for following up with the leads we provide in a timely manner.
4.4. We do not guarantee specific results, conversion rates, or revenue from the leads we provide.
5.1. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your business, products, and services.
5.2. You are responsible for ensuring that your products, services, and business practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
5.3. You agree to follow up with leads in a professional and timely manner.
5.4. You will not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
6.1. Our Services may include integration with your social media accounts to enhance lead generation efforts.
6.2. You grant us permission to access and use your social media accounts solely for the purpose of providing our Services.
6.3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your social media account credentials.
6.4. You must comply with the terms of service of any third-party social media platforms used in connection with our Services.
7.1. All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by Liizzy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.
8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liizzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
8.2. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to us during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
9.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9.2. You may terminate your use of our Services at any time by contacting our support team.
9.3. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
